Edinburgh House are situated in McDonald Road.
Our guest house is only a short walk away from Princes Street, The PLAYHOUSE THEATRE and the main shopping area in the centre of town, as well as a wide variety of restaurants.
Excellent local bus services to the city centre with all its amenities,
Ocean Terminal is 0.5 km away… Edinburgh Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
Waverley train station is a ten minutes walk on Princes Street.

ABOUT US
Edinburgh House is a small family run guest house situated in a traditional Victorian tenement building, located in McDonald Rd, just
off Leith Walk.
Mrs Rooney and her daughter Mirella are very proud to offer a personal and friendly service.
Edinburgh House is a NON SMOKING establishment.
Free ON STREET PARKING is available.
SERVICES
Edinburgh House is open all year around and offer the following accommodation:
– one double bedroom
– two twin bedrooms
– two family rooms
On their arrival, the guests receive a set of keys, which give them the freedom to come and go as they wish.
At Edinburgh House, special diets can be catered for.
Breakfast takes place in our dining-room on the ground floor.
